Terms and conditions for Datacom’s ICS/OT Cyber Summit promotion
By participating in this ICS/OT Cyber Summit promotion (Promotion) you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Datacom Systems Limited is the Promoter of this Promotion. Our office is located at 58 Gaunt Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010 (Datacom, we, our or us).
Eligibility
- You must not enter the Promotion if you are: (i) our employee or are anyone working for our agencies or suppliers that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) anyone else who we may have previously told in writing that they cannot enter; and (iii) any family members of (i) or (ii) above.
Promotion period
This Promotion commences at 8:30am on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 and ends at 5pm on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 (Promotion Period). Entries received after this end time will not be eligible for entry.
How to enter
- To enter, scan the QR code at the Datacom booth at the NZ ICS/OT Cyber Summit and provide your details by completing and submitting the form during the Promotion Period. You must also agree to receive communications from us in the future. This will be considered a Valid Entry.
- Your personal information is collected in order for us to run the Promotion, communicate with you, and award prizes. We may also share your personal information with third parties who support us in this Promotion. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may contact you or send promotional material or information that we may think you might be interested in. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by letting us know. If you have any questions, please contact our Privacy Officer.
Selecting a winner
This Promotion is a game of chance. There will be one winner drawn from valid entries received. The winner will receive one DJI Neo Drone.
The prize draw will take place onsite at the NZ ICS/OT Cyber Summit at The Devon Hotel, 390 Devon Street East, New Plymouth, Taranaki 4312 on the day of the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified in person at the social networking event between 5pm and 7pm or by contacting them via the email address provided.
The prize will be given to the winner in person on the day or couriered to their stated address after the event.
Notification and promotion of winners
As a condition of entry, you agree to allow us to use your full name and image on our website, social media and editorial content where you are selected as the winner, and to participate in reasonable promotional activity.
General
- Our decision is final on all matters related to this Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right at any time to suspend or modify the Promotion, or these terms and conditions, without notice and for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion.
- We may refuse to award any prize to anyone who we (in our sole discretion) believe has violated these terms and conditions or gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
- The prize is not exchangeable.
- You are responsible for all expenses you incur in connection with this Promotion and any taxes that may apply to prizes.
- We, and any of our suppliers associated with this Promotion, will not be liable for any damage, loss or expense (including any indirect or consequential loss) arising in connection with this Promotion, including any prize, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing is intended to restrict, exclude or modify any rights you may have that cannot be restricted, excluded or modified at law, including the statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand (as applicable).
- These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand Courts.
